Designed for commercial and first responder use in harsh conditions, the Matrice 30T Enterprise Drone from DJI can withstand water, dirt, dust, wind, and extreme temperatures from -4 up to 122°F. Combine that with built-in redundancies and backup systems for flight control and signal transmission, and the Matrice 30T is a drone you can count on for important projects and missions. During these flights, you have access to a wide-angle, zoom, and thermal camera that covers a wide variety of video and still image recording tasks. Plus, a laser rangefinder that can pinpoint targets from a long range.

When used for creative projects, you can push the 52 mph max speed of the Matrice 30T for capturing fast-paced action or elevate it up to 4.4 miles in the sky to record majestic B-roll, both at up to 4K30 resolution. Each camera has unique properties you can take advantage of. The 12MP wide-angle lens offers an 84° field of view, while the 48MP zoom can get up close with 5 to 16x optical zoom and a 200x hybrid zoom. During industrial or first responder flights, the thermal camera can be essential in finding individuals during search and rescue missions or detecting potentially hazardous conditions on inspection flights.

This tool can pinpoint objects at a range of 10′ up to 0.75 miles, providing you with their exact coordinates. Stay Safe
To ensure the safety of the Matrice 30T and everything around it, DJI equips it with dual-vision and ToF depth sensors on all six sides of the drone for automatic obstacle avoidance. An additional ADS-B receiver is incorporated to deliver warnings of nearby manned aircraft.
Stable Control with OcuSync 3 Enterprise
For commercial drone work where time and money are on the line, it is essential that you maintain control over the aircraft. Utilizing OcuSync 3 Enterprise technically with four built-in antennas, on top of the built-in system redundancies, the Matrice 30T works to provide control and triple-channel 1080p video transmission from up to 9.3 miles away. You can also take advantage of seamless swapping between input fields.

  • Night Flight: A dedicated FPV camera is optimized for low-light filming, so terrain and sky are easily visible for safe flying at night.
  • Smart Low-Light Photo: Capture bright and clear still photos at night, seeing more of what’s in the shadows and being able to read signs and labeling better on objects.
  • Laser Rangefinder: Find an object with the drone’s camera and pinpoint its distance and coordinates via integrated sensor fusion algorithms.
RC Plus Remote Controller
With a similar rugged construction, the RC Plus is IP54-rated to withstand water and dust, and it can handle extreme temperatures from -4° to 122°F. It supports dual control mode, and you can view the drone’s 1080p stream and essential telemetry on the built-in 7″ widescreen display. A stable stream is sent through its dual antennas and supports OcuSync 3 Enterprise technology. You can pilot for up to six hours with an internal and external battery configuration, and support for hot-swapping ensures seamless, uninterrupted operation.

DJI Pilot 2
DJI’s upgraded enterprise flight interface software, DJI Pilot 2, is made to work seamlessly with the RC Plus remote and provide a clearer presentation of drone telemetry and navigational information. FlightHub 2

Returns 

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on dirigible.com.ng. 

1. A product purchased on Dirigible.com.ng is eligible for return within the return period mentioned in the table below if it fulfils any of the following conditions: 

  • Product delivered is different from what was ordered 
  • Product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when package was opened. 
  • The product or parts of the product or accessories that were described on the website as “In the Box” was missing. 

All our packages come with “Tamper Evident Void Seals”, click here for more information on our packaging. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal has tampered. Acceptance of a tampered “Void Seal” or a damaged box will automatically disqualify any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, an incorrect product, or missing accessories. 

Please Note: Any product noticed as “Received in Physically Damaged Condition or Damage upon Delivery“ has to be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • For DOA of non-installable products, replacements would be processed basis the following 
  • a) All Apple products (smartphones, MacBook’s, airpods and accessories) must include a DOA or defective certificate from a Brand Authorized Service Centre 
  • b) Products like Smartphones and Laptops must include a DOA or defective certificate from a Brand Authorized Service Centre 
  • c)  DOA products should be handed over to the delivery pick-up person as sealed by the brand. Any tampering done to the brand DOA seal will not be accepted for a replacement or refund 
  • Final QA of the product and certification of defect by the Dscw engineers when the product is received back as a return 
  • Failure to return the freebie/promotional product availed in the order will result in refund of only the product being returned/cancelled

For any issues with products purchased via “Insta Delivery (less than 3 hours)”, customers can call the Store number listed on the invoice. A product will be accepted for a return only for the reasons mentioned above 
 
Once returns are processed for these orders, only refunds will be initiated. There is no replacement on “Insta Delivery” orders. 

How to generate a Return Request: 

  • Please call our customer support centre at +234 915 387 7294 or email us at  dirigiblestores@dirigible.com.ng to get a Return Authorization code and request a pickup. An email will be sent with the Return details. Pick up of the order to be returned will be arranged only after the Return Authorization code is generated. 
  • Please ensure you collect the manifest copy from the courier personnel picking up the delivery. This will be your reference to track the Return order transit and claim for any losses in transit. 
  • Once we receive the product back, our Dscw engineers will evaluate the returned product and provide a resolution based on the evaluation report.  The replacement product will be shipped out basis the evaluation report. 
  • If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

For any issues with products purchased via “Insta Delivery (less than 3 hours)”, customers can call the Store number listed on the invoice. A product will be accepted for a return only for the reasons mentioned above 
 
Once returns are processed for these orders, only refunds will be initiated. There is no replacement on “Insta Delivery” orders. 

How to generate a Return Request: 

  • Please call our customer support centre at +234 915 387 7294 or email us at  dirigiblestores@dirigible.com.ng to get a Return Authorization code and request a pickup. An email will be sent with the Return details. Pick up of the order to be returned will be arranged only after the Return Authorization code is generated. 
  • Please ensure you collect the manifest copy from the courier personnel picking up the delivery. This will be your reference to track the Return order transit and claim for any losses in transit. 
  • Once we receive the product back, our Dscw engineers will evaluate the returned product and provide a resolution based on the evaluation report.  The replacement product will be shipped out basis the evaluation report. 
  • If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
