Dirigible Store Complain & Warranty (DSCW)

The Dirigible Store's complaint and warranty arm collaborates with sellers and brand centres across Nigeria. DSCW indeed handles post-purchase needs, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and replacement. Our extended warranty program covers part replacements and includes a buy-back option if repair is impossible. We offer home pickup/drop-offs, stand-in product support, and more, depending on a customer's needs. DSCW services are available 5 days a week, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.
