Dirigible Store Complain & Warranty (DSCW)

The complaint and warranty arm of Dirigible Store is in collaboration with sellers and brand centers across Nigeria. DSCW certainly takes care of post-purchase needs including installation, maintenance, repairs, and replacement. Our extended warranty program covers part replacements and includes a buy-back option if repair is not possible. We offer home pickup/drop-offs, stand-in product support, and more depending on a customer's needs. DSCW services are available 5 days a week, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.
